Invites Comments on Draft Strategic Plan
In conjunction with RMUoHP's
strategic planning process, RMUoHP is requesting comments
and feedback from the University constituents and general
community. Click
here to download the current draft of the strategic
plan. Then,
email your feedback to Dr. Michael Skurja, Jr., at mskurja@rmuohp.edu
by July 18, 2008. The
strategic plan will be submitted to the Board of Trustees
for approval at their August 1, 2008 meeting.

Announcement
of Interim Candidacy Site Visit and Request for Comments
Rocky
Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) will host
an interim candidacy site visit conducted by the Northwest
Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) on October
1-3, 2008. The
site visit will occur at the RMUoHP campus in Provo, Utah.
RMUoHP was awarded Candidate for Accreditation status on
November 29, 2005 by NWCCU.
This is a pre-accreditation, affiliate status with
NWCCU following a specified procedure for application,
institutional self-study, and on-site evaluation.
Candidacy is not accreditation and does not ensure
eventual accreditation.
It is an indication that an institution complies with
the eligibility requirements of NWCCU, and is progressing
toward accreditation.
RMUoHP
invites comments regarding the University to be sent
directly to the Commission
no later than 30 days prior to the site visit dates.

RMUoHP held a strategic planning meeting in February
2008 that included members from each area of the University
Community. The University's mission, vision, goals,
and general future planning were topics of discussion at the
